Advanced Research Biotechnologies S.A.S (ARBIOTECH), tax ID 901736805-1, located at Calle 147 # 11-10, oficina 508, Bogotá, Colombia, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website and our contact channels, in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015).

This page describes ARBIOTECH’s data processing policy under Colombian law. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

What do we use your data for?

What are your rights?

How can you submit a request or complaint?

You can send inquiries and complaints to ventas.com. We respond to inquiries within 10 business days of receipt, and to complaints within 15 business days, per the timelines set by Law 1581 of 2012.

International data transfers

We use providers with infrastructure outside Colombia to run this website and our contact channels, including Cloudflare (CDN and security), Google (analytics) and Meta/WhatsApp (messaging). These providers process data solely to deliver the contracted service.
